Where the line is, and why it is there
The free plan gives you the measuring list in full: which places on your route decide it, in order, and exactly how to measure each one — including the ones almost everybody gets wrong. That part is useless to withhold. Knowing which four places to measure is what turns a guess into a number, and plenty of people will never need anything else.
What you cannot do once you have the numbers is the corner. A turn is a diagonal, not a width, and no amount of standing in the hall looking at it will produce the answer. That is a two-dimensional problem, and it is the one thing here that a person genuinely cannot do in their head.
And “on its side it goes through, flat it does not” is the one sentence that actually changes what somebody orders. One avoided return delivery costs more than a year of this.
One thing is never behind the paywall and never obscured by the free-plan watermark: the packaging warning, the note about measurement error, and the wording used when the tool stops for a safety reason. Those are safety information, not features.

What an allowance is, in plain words
- An allowance is a measure of how much of the service you can use in a month. It is not money, it is not stored value, it is not redeemable for cash, and it cannot be transferred.
- There are no allowance top-ups and nothing can be pre-loaded onto an account. If a month's allowance runs out, the choice is to wait for the next month or move up a plan.
- Allowances do not carry over. Whatever is unused at the end of a billing month stops there.
